Annotation to the project: The moon is the only natural satellite of the Earth. The moon is the second brightest object in the sky after the sun. Most of the Moon’s surface is covered with craters prodused by meteorites. The gravitational forces between the Earth and the moon cause some interesting effects such as afflux and reflux.
