He wanted to be a cosmonaut since his childhood. He didn’t like pilaf, he liked canned food.
Then he told relatives, that he wanted to have a surname «Titov» instead of his surname «Kotov».
Later the child named Alexander wanted to fulfill his dream. He persuaded his granny to make something like a spacesuit. Then he asked his grandfather to make him something like a space rocket.
After years the young passenger couldn’t get in the toy space ship.
His toy spacesuit, which nobody could guess, became full of holes.
But Sashka has never been depressed. He learnt how to make models of rockets.
There is a big model of Baikonur on Sashka’s big table.
When evening comes Sasha takes his telescope.
Sashka never get tired of looking at kaleidoscope of planets.
The native and favourite village sleeps as the tsarevna, who is one of the heroines of Pushkin’s fairytales. But Sashka doesn’t sleep.
It seems to boy that Leonov is nodding to him looking from a photo.
Sashka is smiling as Gagarin.
We can see a book about Korolev in Sashka’s room. There is quietly knocking clock in the corner of this room. Sashka thinks: «I’ll never be a cosmonaut as Titov, but I am the happiest boy»
One fine day Kotov Alexander will see many planets in reality. Sashka will have a real spacesuit. There will be real rockets in a spaceport.
Sashka is twisting his globe sighingly. Now Sashka is doing his lessons.
Tomorrow he will go to school by school bus to the nearest town.
